PMO (Project management office) is based in Melbourne which helps in analyzing the priority of project. It is all about understanding scope and goal for the given project. Various condition which is needed for engaging contracts is totally involved in the completing the given work (Conforto et al., 2014). The revenue division of the organization comes up with a proper business case which is required for carrying substantial repair works. The whole thing should be carried so that environmental fines can be reduced and optimizing availability by understanding the location.
